Here in Michigan it is opposite that, we are at a frigid 8°F for a high temperature (or -13.3C) and a decent wind chill making it feel below 0F...

I'm suspecting this is a bimetallic coin as I see 33 of them from Europe.

Is the diameter of this coin 25.75mm?
