Woah, Keith, looking at your search on numista, I didn't know you could just put Latin in the script... I was searching with that off (since I never use it)... Quick redo  Better ask... Was this coin issued in Germany?

1868 for lower limit. Looks good. Because he mentioned Scandanavia, I'm calling it a Finnish 5 Pennia.
Does your coin have an odd date?

Ok, I am down to these: Finland 1870, 1872 5 pennia, Spain 1870 5 cents, USA 2 cents, Paraguay 1870 cent, A bunch from Mexico one centavo, And a couple of allegorical figures on some coins...
