I think we are wasting questions on dates. We need to make larger strides.
Let's split up the continent first: was this coin issued in what is nowadays called "Europe"?

I mean, steps of 50 years are a bit too small for Europe considering its minting history starts with Ancient Greece and ends in 2021.
