If my research is correct, we are down to six possibilities*: Denmark Finland Norway Montenegro Luxembourg Cyprus *pending the answer to Keith's question. That should cut it in half.

So that leaves Cyprus and Montenegro. There are very few coins that fit our parameters from either country.
6 questions remain. We are golden. Make that 5 questions left.
