I'm sure we have gone past 20 questions,
but I'll take a stab and ask, is it a
1891 Argentina 2 centavos?

Just make it a guess. Q's are over, but I think you're correct.

So, this bloke from down under thinks he's gonna swoop in here and gain instant glory.

Well, you're correct, it is an 1891 two centavo Argentinian coin!

Not really, we didn't do it in 20 questions or less.
I just picked the one with the biggest mintage, thought
it would have more chance. Joe beat us.

OK, I just went over the first 20 or so pages of this thread and it was quite a laugh. Seems we have 24 hours to guess the coin after the 20 questions.

Now all I have to do is find a coin.

I'll be back soon.

OK, I found a coin.
Hopefully won't be too difficult.

Please note, because of the time difference and I don't have internet access at work, it might take a while to reply to the questions.

Start guessing.

Clue. The coin is in my galley somewhere.

"joe beat us." Now that's funny. .

Was this coin around when the Canadian 5 cent nickel coin was introduced?

How much is the time difference. I'm in EST. It's 09:20 am here now.
