So minted in England, but the issuing authority is not the English (perhaps not the British) government.
Uh-oh.

Maybe something from the Pobjoy mint. Let's try that.
Was the coin issued by the Pobjoy mint?

Before this goes any further and I get accused of intentionally misleading you all, let me ask you a question: does England issue its own coins, or is the issuing entity perhaps larger than that? Think about that and I'll ignore Steve's last question.

So the coin is probably from The Royal Mint which is in Wales. They issue coins for the United Kingdom, not England. So I think we are looking for a silver coin from The Royal Mint, issues 2021 onwards. (Yes they have issued coins in the future)
