After adding Djibouti and removing Ethiopia (which turned out to be landlocked after all), I think I got every country that has ocean access, is not in West Africa and does not border the Mediterranean. Just to make clear, Morocco borders the Mediterranean. And since the US "gave" Western Sahara to Morocco, is now is part that the latter and therefore also borders the Mediterranean.
