I know I'm out, but aren't most Cook Island silver coins minted in Poland?
Pobjoy mint also mints Cook Island coins but that mint has been ruled out.

Quote: aren't most Cook Island silver coins minted in Poland? Perhaps, but they also used other mints. I saw Germany and USA. Most of the coins on Numista don't list the Mint, so who knows? I just think we got him with this set of 4, and 4 guessers left. Ed, joe, trig and mine is in already. Lets get him boys...it would be a great comeback.
