And aluminium-nickel-bronze?

No, I'm still thinking. And it seems I've scared off everyone else from participating in this round.

I'm pretty sure the coin is from Monaco and is one of these four coins:

1975 10 or 20 centimes which are aluminium-bronze and may contain 2% nickel
1975 1/2 franc which is nickel
1975 10 francs (listed in numista as copper-aluminium-nickel)

Of course I am assuming that the 1974 10 franc coin commemorating Rainer III's 25th anniversary showing 1949.1974 is considered as being "dated 1974"
