Yes, I think it will take a couple of cups of coffee  Since I was the one who started the sloppy geography questioning ... After a bit of reading, I now realize the U.S. is not wholly in the western hemisphere (some of th ALeutian Islands and Guam are not). But there is no part of the U.S. in the southern. Likewise, I had forgotten that parts of Europe and Africa straddle eastern and western hemispheres. But I cannot find a current African country that also straddles north and south (though I may need to stretch my history back a bit). So I think that must put us out in Oceania ... (not a question yet ... just sharing my thoughts). Edited by tdziemia

Hmmm ... France (through its overseas departments) is technically in all four hemispheres. The mainland is in east, west and north, and the overseas department of Reunion is in the south.
But there is probably something else in the Pacific that also fits.
Edit: Kiribati is the place in the Pacific.
