So this thing is struck on a one cent planchet or a non-silver dime planchet.

We still have a huge date range.

Ok, if nobody else is going to ask a question I will.
Is this coin dated after 1960?

Thinking out loud here....the date should not matter, it's an error coin, so it may have 2 dates on it, or, the strike may include a date, but who knows what year the planchet was....basically, can a date question be answered knowledgably/truthfully....

Depends on what type of mint error this is.
A dime struck on a penny planchet and vice versa would have the date on it.
A nickel struck on on a smaller planchet might have the date on it.
A quarter or larger struck on a penny planchet probably won't have the date on it.
Could be double obverse or double reverse.
Maybe there is a PCGS register of mint errors we could look at.

Let's see where the date question takes us first.
