@Bob L I was not about to find exactly the same similar coin. Most close is attached. I saw a few of those. It has similar reverse. And weight of these coins is around 6 gr, which is twice of mine, that is why I think it is smaller fraction.

No new ancients this year -- But I have been working on the early years (1465-1499) of my OFEY (One For Each Year) subcollection: (#1) Duchy of Pomerania / Damm -- 1 schilling, 1496:

Quote: 1 schilling, 1496 Neat coin. I believe Ted (tdziemia) posted a similar one recently. I believe the creature in the lower pic is a griffin - but what are we dealing with on the coat of arms in the upper? Rampant lion? Unusual depiction.

Whatever it is, it's certainly neat!
Anyway, it looks like I won't get the prize until Sunday (December 29th), which means I'm unlikely to start spending it until sometime in the first few days of January. So, whatever coins I already got in 2019, that's it. No further purchases expected in the last six days.
I still need to post a few of those coins for identification/attribution, but I can probably start assembling the top 10 by now. I assume there won't be a problem if it includes some post-1600 coins? I'll try to exclude any 21st or 20th century stuff, but there'd probably be some 19th century entries.
