I heard the mint is cranking out more coins then previous year due to the coin shortage from people not turning in coins back to the bank. In my area, the lines to the bank are very long everyday so I don't see the reason to stand in line under the hot sun unless I have to.

yeah, rumor has it, the mint will have a record year on mintages by the end of the year as they've been running full steam to try and mitigate the great coin shortage of 2020....
