Yeah, condition stinks but if the consensus is they are authentic, I'll keep them for their history. I have NO idea where they came from, but I also have some odd foreign bills as well, so I must have either got them with some sort of stamp lot, or just found them as a lot in a Maine antique store YEARS ago.
