Sorry, I've been busy and havnt had time to jump on the forum. I appreciate the last few comments. They were thought out, constructive, used reasoning, contained explanations to their related opinions. That's all I'm asking for. A discussion with opinions. That's why I get a little obnoxious and self righteous sometimes. If someone thinks I'm wrong, I'll gladly listen to why. I just dont like being written off with no explanation or further information. I get it, 98% of the time, especially in the last year, people are just posting damaged or at best, normal coins. I myself, immediately after noticing these features, just wrote it off as PMD. A so called "vise job". But the more I looked at it, it just didnt seem as clean and didnt fit perfectly with one, aside from the reverse lettering. I know that's a big marker for PMD but it's not implausible to consider that maybe it occurred during the minting process. How do you get IGWT, stamped in reverse on the rim of the coin, somehow not affect raised devices that are just as tall as the rim, that sit so.close to the rim they would have to be affected, not leave an imprint of the rim of the coin used to stamp the reverse letters on the rim of the supposed face coin? Like I said, look up squeeze and vise jobs. You find a coin that has these kill kinds of reverse devices without other raised parts of the coin bein being affected. The only parts of this coin that show any issues are the incused letters. There are no other marks, flat spots, other reversed portions of a coin. Nothing. I will honest to god give someone $50 if they can replicate this " PMD" exactly. Show pics how you did it and an explanation and I'll venmo you $50 immediately.
