That is the more common normal S, the serifs aren't defined.

wow! Very nice set of dimes.
I have to agree that the '45 is not a micro 'S' though.
As stated, the serifs are not well defined.

Some price listings have a separate listing for those with Full Bands. AND it your 45 has them, you have a really valuable coin.
