There is a very brisk pre-sell for these new dollars on ebay. Prices seem to be in the range of double the US Mint costs. I was wondering how a pre-seller can take money in advance and promise to ship an NGC registered MS70 coin set. I guess they could simply return the money and say sorry if the coins didn't grade up.
