I have two 1801 Large Cents; this one is a little nicer than the other one, at least relatively speaking. It's struck slightly off center with a rotated reverse and was definitely cleaned at some point, probably many years ago. There is also some strike weakness on the reverse. It's an S-216, a common (R-1) variety for the year.
