You would get a decent price for two rolls of George V. I know a lot of US dealers and collectors who do get a decent return on George VI 1c coins.
Anything Elizabeth is generally just worth the copper.
If you are planning to sell them to a refiner, then you should sort the Elizabeth coins by their weights, rather than by their design:
Up to and including 1979 (~3.24 g)
Pacificoin is correct, lots of sealed mint bags out there from the 1960s, I just bought a $60 mint sealed bag from a US seller earlier this year (for less than double face value). You have to get creative with shipping from the US, thankfully, I have a relative in a Vermont border town.
1980 and 1981 (~2.8 g)
1982 to 1996 (~2.5 g)
Anything 1997 and newer is like your zinc Lincoln pennies, it is all plated coinage.
