Late to the game, but I had it as 64 like a lot of others. Nice luster for '03 but not a 66 to me.

sorry. I cant get this coin to 66. the reverse strike is not there and scuffs and marks on the obverse are way more than we should see on a 66 coin. I dont even think it should have been in a 65 slab and pretty much everyone here agrees
