You can find a coin from circulation that might grade a MS60 even though it was not straight from the mint but from a cash draw or whatever. John1 Report this Post to the Staff

Probably was uncirculated until some kid liberated it from Gramps collection. I run into those occasionally, old coins in mint condition, impaired proofs, etc. I'll say AU-58, but it would probably grade MS at a TPG... Report this Post to the Staff
