We're done here.

Everyone knows this is post-mint damage except the author who admittedly doesn't even understand the minting process.

He will never be convinced, and probably will drop hard-earned money to certify it and won't believe PCGS either.

Experienced collectors who would bet the house this is a damaged coin have told him to save his money, that's all we can do. He's on his own now.
