From Keith's latest list, here are some to possibly consider (from AI search, so take that into consideration):
Entities That Did Not Enter WWII Before 1941; Independent but Neutral or Not Involved Before 1941: Saudi Arabia (Hejaz, Kingdom of) - Officially neutral before 1941; declared war in 1945.
Colonies, Protectorates, or Puppet States (Did Not Independently Enter War Before 1941): China › Manchukuo - Japanese puppet state; did not enter war independently. *** Not Sure *** India › British India - British colony; entered the war as part of the British Empire, not independently. Korea (1392-1945) - Annexed by Japan in 1910; did not enter WWII independently. Morocco - Under French and Spanish control; did not enter war independently. Tunisia - French protectorate; did not independently enter WWII.

Quote: Was Philippines part of the USA then? Yes, it was. The US Secretary of State War William H. Taft as the military Governor of the Phillipines issued the order to make coins in Manilla. That "dated" before 1910 threw me off, as my guess looked like the only possibility left.

Quote: Don't try to put this on me Not putting it on you... At least you were able to arrive at Trig's 100... I couldn't! Something I just thought of... Trig messed up on the 1910 question... if it's a coin that doesn't have a Gregorian date, then maybe one of the coin's dates include 1910 in parentheses "(1910)".... EDIT: could even be one with (1910)...

Per Q9, Philippines didn't enter WW2 until 1941, and the only possible coin in play there is the 1908-S centavo. Coin was minted in the USA, but used in the Philippines...
