1. Is this thing listed under coins on Numista? Yes

2. Is this a coin found on numista that is round, that was issued after 1800, that was not issued in Lichtenstein, that has a weight less than 30 grams, a diameter less than 30 millimeters, and non-painted? Yes

3. Was America at war when this coin was issued (including the korean and vietnam conflicts but not minor operations)? No
To answer this question, I considered only dates when the U.S. was officially at war through a congressional declaration issued by Congress under its constitutional authority (Article I, Section 8), and included the Korean and Vietnam conflicts per Josh's request.

4. Was this thing issued in USA or Canada? Yes

Well that doesn't make sense. Issued by USA, but also issued by the country they were in conflict with. Don't remember a civil war then. Straighten me out.
