That 1959 was actually my second guess, now rather if it was a proof or not is debatable  Could have been lightly circulated. |

spru, keith and I out number you mrit. As I said, spru sent me these 3 1959 coins. My philly non proof is gorgeous as is the D. I see the difference in hand. I suspect he picked up these other 2 proof cents at the same time. Note, it's not spru's writing, but the same as the one I played. I think the check mark is spru confirming a proof coin. Is this patch from, or is the law enforcement agency's headquarters, office, or station in either Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, or Pennsylvania?
