If you suspect foul play at the mint created this coin, and were wondering who the culprits might have been... why not send it to the forensics lab to get those nice, clear fingerprints analysed?

.... Depends on ones perspective, $50k to the buyer is probably the equivalent of $500 to us normal un-affluent people.
