You might get lucky finding an error but the vast majority of times I don't buy coins with such crappy out of focus photos. By far most of them will just be very worn circulated coins only worth silver melt value.

If you mean the top of the 8 touching the neck, I've seen that before on worn examples, might be from wear or a die chip, maybe others will know.

I realize that. Sometimes if something seems off it may be worth it to spend a few extra bucks. Not a big deal.

Can't comment with those photos. The coin looks bent with a crease above Miss Liberty's head, and the bumped out area in STATES.

I know Whatnot and there are no deals to be made. Everyone seems to overpay on everything that sells.

Thanks for coming back with a better image.
Hard to tell what happened here - these dimes are usually so worn down.
It could have been a die chip that got worn flat along with the rest of the design elements.

Have another interesting update on this. Apparently according to the only source I have found, it is a Repunched date. Info on https://www.heritagestatic.com. Now what grading company would attributes this?...who knows. Ideas?
