@ cascade Try using a headlight polish to remove those scratches on that 1884 Morgan slab. It is pretty easy to use and it does a great job of getting rid of those annoying scratches |

I've tried it, not on this one yet though. PCGS slabs seem to come out well most times but NGC slabs usually seem untouched. Muxr be the difference in the plastics used

Cascade, I like the obverse on that 1880 Morgan - very unique. Quote:

Muxr be the difference in the plastics used I have had to use a dremel to polish a few NGC slabs before.. with great success, acutally. I must caution, however: 1.) I used a broken slab to practice on first; 2.) I make sure the polish marks run parallel to the direction I plan to point the lights from. |

My first toned coin. In another thread, one commenter said it looked AT but I really can't say. It looks pretty to me, but I'd welcome thoughts..   |
