I found this 1982 while roll hunting.Is this a "heat job"?I don't see too many,if any,quarters with toning like this.

Crosseyed, colorful natural toning primarily only happen on ms coins and sometimes high au. The surfaces need to be fresh plus finger oils etc from circulation protect a coin from toning. Not sure what caused your color. Maybe low heat (as high heat would tend to bubble a clad coin) but I think chemical is more of a probibility.
