I have not found a single 1995P DDO yet.

Please do separate posts for each coin and please add a specific question about each coin.

The pillars don't seem to amount to anything on the coin you have pictured. I think you are looking at a normal feature of the coin that is part of the design used to create depth to the design. The lines you are looking at wear over time so they are not as clear on every coin as they should be.

The 1995 cent is definitely the better known DDO but unfortunately, one with that much damage is worth maybe $2.00.

Bill's right. With this much damage, I really should drill a hole in it and use it as a washer on a repair job or something. Personaly, I think it's in better than "Fine" and I'm thinking it's better than not finding it at all. But thats just a random thought.
