oh yah.. and the guy in the mask is indeed from Mexico The subject is Olmec Culture and the Masked One appears to be one of the Olmec colossal heads (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olmec ). Value for this 20 centavo coin is 20 cents in VF to 1.25 in Uncirculated. There were 53 proofs minted that year, though, so if you ever find a proof, hang on to it
