You mus know that due to the freedom of information act, if you want to you could find not only a person but everything about them if you really wanted to. If someone in france, for instance, wanted to find you, they could simply have someone in say Italy buy something from you. So now when you send it your name, address, etc is all right there on the return section. Aside fron that if a person wants to they can pay a few dollars on those people search web sites and with a minimum of information, even find out your married status, you shoe size, prison record, how much you owe on your house and lots more. And usually only need your name and state.
