Look at the (R) in LIBERTY. No serfs on the left leg. Here is two similar coins. Both are peg legs. One is better than the other. I personally love PEGS. Raw PEGS will sell for a small premium over similar condition IKEs. Not all collectors want or care about Pegs, however.
