It's in the album zee. As far as I'm concerned it's only worth $ 10.00, I have $ 15.00 into it but I don't mind as it completes my small size $ 10.00 FRN collection and was worth the $ 5.00 just so I could complete the collection.

People do things like that Bill because usually, they do not know what they are doing

there is other reasons people send in stuff like that. The TPG's sometimes run a special and you can get them graded free. Another reason would be to get the cheaper grading fee's they sometimes have a minimum amount of items you can send in on one submission slip so if they need one more note they just grab one and it could be one out of the wallet or pocket and send it in with the others so they can save on grading fee's

Excellent.... good for you Bill.... (I realize that your name probably isn't Bill), so if you would prefer that I call you something else, like Ricky-Bobby (for instance), just lemme know.

Bill is fine, it's a lot better than some of the names I've been called.

The bill looks to be centered which is very important in grading. Also the currency looks to be very crisp with no folds also important in grading. To determine why only a CU63 need to view it under a loop.
