Yeah, I see coins advertised as from a smoke free home, I just wonder where the coin has been for the last hundred years or whatever....bars,gutters,urinals,intestinal tracts,etc....I really think it is the in thing to say, but people buy in to it...

To help clarify this all hopefully you have a bunch of tabs at the top of your page that you are looking at. If you go to the one called EDIT, click on that and there should be a thing called COPY.
What ever you highlighted with your cursor will be copied.
Now when you go to a reply page there should be a little thing, tab, that when you put your cursor on it, it will show INSERT QUOTE.
Click on that and in the reply window will appear two [Quote] things aso put your curson between those two and paste what you copied.
The paste thing is in that place where you found the copy tab under EDIT.
Hopefully it works for you.
