May be illegal in your country. It sure is not illegal in Germany. See the link in my previous post for example. Oh, and have a look at the locations of those sellers.

It actually depends on how one is selling them, if one is selling them as a historical artifact or a collectable it is legal. If one is selling them in bulk to a radical organization, such as the German People's Union, that would be illegal. The law regulates how the symbol is used in society and doesn't completely ban it.

As for the United States there are very few restrictions on buying and selling coins and those that do exist are mostly focused on stolen mint property or items from countries under embargo.
