It's not as common as the normal set, but it does not qualify as scare, just variety. If you check ebay item number 110662825896 you'll find that one of the larger coin dealers in Canada will sell you that set today for 51.50. Colonial Acres is expensive imo. Your mileage may vary. Typically, that coin sells raw or uncertified between $30 and $50. That variety is relatively scarce, but the demand for that variety is low however. If you find one, SPP and I will battle it out gladiator style for the chance to buy it from you. I've yet to physically see credible evidence they even exist, despite a few being in the pop report.
