No problem!
I have to admit that on many of these coins I would not have graded as highly as the
TPG. I am from the old school. MS 60/63/65/67/70. I never grade a coin an even number in MS. To me it has always been senseless. If a coin won't go a 65 I will grade it a 63. Simple as that. Usually it never is.
Even if a
TPG says a coin is a 66 and it won't go a 67 in my estimation, I grade it a 65 (if it even deserves that) and then begin to make my deals from there. Never allow the TGP's to dictate the price you will pay for a coin. No coin is worth any more than someone is willing to pay for it. And if the dealer won't move on the price, walk away.
Also, on auctions, I never pay full retail value and only use the Greysheet when buying. I may have to look at 600 coins to find that one that is worth the price / grade. If I miss a coin today there will be 20 more tomorrow in the common MS grades. Proofs are a different story as are rare dates.
