AU55 About Uncirculated

- Obverse: Only a trace of wear on the highest points of the cheekbone, hair in center of head, and collar button. Reverse: A trace of wear shows on the eagle's head, and high points of feathers in wings and legs. Surface: Nearly all of mint luster is still present.

AU58 About Uncirculated

- Has some signs of abrasion on the following: Obverse: High points of cheekbone, hair in center of head, and collar button. Reverse: Eagle's head, feathers in wings and legs.

MS60 Uncirculated

- Strictly uncirculated coin with no trace of wear, but with blemished more obvious than for MS63. Full mint luster, but surface may be dull, spotted, or heavily toned.

MS63 Select Uncirculated

- Mint state coin with attractive mint luster, but noticeable detracting contact marks or minor blemishes.

MS65 Gem Uncirculated

- No trace of wear. Near MS67 except for some small blemishes. Full mint luster but may be unevenly toned or have light fingerprints. May have a few minute nicks or scratches.

MS67 Superb Gem Uncirculated

- Virtually flawless, but with very minor imperfections.
