I would take it to the local coin dealer but the last time I was there all he wanted was to buy silver or gold,,, and not the brightest guy.. its horrible hear for coin collectors

It's a rare double flip-over small flat die semi off metal planchet error worth at least 4K. I could explain how this happens but it would take hours it's so complicated. You'll just have to take my word for it. Put it on ebay.

Randy: Try a head on shot over the coin. Witht the angle it makes it look like someone used a couple pieves of leather and squeezed it slightly. But it may just be an early die state coin. Hard to tell from the angle in the Photo.
