The Indian heads are to die for. So darn sexy. My favorite though is the flying eagle. Those AU ones are hard to come by.

It looks like you took those pictures with lighting from all four sides. Excellent photographs! Did you use a macro lens light ring or a light box? I am about to photograph my entire collection and slabs are the hardest to take, but yours are exquisite. Please tell me your secret. Your Kung Fu is much better than mine!

Nice set. Really like the FE cent, looks undergraded to me.

Fantastic assortment. All are in slabs though and I'm not a fan of slabbed coins but sure does look great. If those were mine, they would all be in Albums. Hey, no 1856 Flying Eagle?

Beautiful! I especially like the Wheat cent! I wish the Lincolns today had that sharp of strike. They just look so flat today...

I didn't want to spend the money for a DSLR camera and I felt that this was close enough for my purposes. I shoot the coins in Macro mode and I use a copy stand. I am using 3 Jansjo lamps from Ikea. If you have a store near you, I think you can pick them up for $9.99 each. I had to buy mine on ebay for about $20 each. They offer good lighting and lot of flexibility. I have them placed approximately at the 10 12 2 positions but I move them around depending on the coin.

I really like this one, too; however, I've posted this coin before on this and other forums and people all are all over the map on it. Some think it deserves to be in a XF40 details slab and others think it looks more like a problem-free AU58. I may attempt to cross it over to PCGS some day, but I am happy to have it in my collection as it is.
