1 korean gorilla coin, come other coin with a hole in the middle, and 2 other foreign coins I cant think of. the invoice states the coins cost $10. but they sent me a $5 coupon too so its only $5 I need to send. I don't collect foreign coins and why should I be responsible to send their coins back and pay the postage?!?!

As long as it can't be construed that you in any way "asked" for those coins, yes.

If the hole is square, the coin may be Chinese.
If the hole is round, the coin may be Japanese.

From data miners. Companies will sell address if youve signed up with them. Google and FB are real bad about it. I'm sure theres other ways to do it but ever notice how ads you go to on every web page seem tailored towards things you like, thats why

Finders keepers. :-)

I'll bet if you read the fine print that those coins are defined as "free samples" somewhere just to cover their collective [ahem]s legally.

Thank you so much for that link SuperDdave. I've been arguing that point with people for so long and no one believes me. I printed this out and think I'll flood my area with copies. Littleton does this all the time to people.

-_- I just got one from falcone put a stamp on it and sent it off, it came back saying that it wasnt a valid stamp(managed to peel off the stamp (un stamped) they sent it to me on) Put a real stamp on it. Frustrated all I asked for was a catalogue

That's why I said this:

Did you happen to see any link to a "Terms of Service", anywhere? Was there a block you had to check during your signup stating you agreed to their Terms of Service? That's a very common practice when you sign up for stuff on a website, and if you checked a block like that you probably agreed to having them send you coins. In which case, you can't keep them.

I hit their website, and saw no mention whatsoever about a "catalog." In fact, they don't even have an online ordering system or *any* kind of signup - you have to email them for everything. He doesn't even take credit cards. They totally do not look like the "coins on approval" type.
