The front of Sandy hit Toronto earlier... It's very rainy... They are thinking about canceling school... Before the main part even hits!

Sandy is just entering Ohio where I live. Should be in northwest Ohio sometime today or tonight.

The farmer who owns the field across form my house just cut the corn down two days ago. I have a feeling I will be buried in cornhusks/cobs/and stalks by the time this is over! I'm close to Gettysburg so really the only thing we probably will have is power outages. We are prepared. Praying for those int eh bad areas.

Most of the remnants of Sandy went through during the night. My power went down and the winds were pretty fast.

Sandy also was kind here choosing to bring trouble farther north this time. I feel bad being glad that the coin show I plan to attend this weekend is in Richmond rather than Baltimore where Sandy was not so benevolent. I'm hopeful that all goes well for those in the path and those working on the cleanup.

I checking in- No damage at my house but we do not have power. I hear the people in NYC and NJ got hit pretty bad good luck to those guys.
