Steve I'm glad you posted your coin, it's a very nice piece. Any one else have one post it...trying to build the 12 Caesar's with these large bronze coins.... only need four more..

Thanks for your comments...  ..i was on wildwinds and I found what I think that this coin could be Ric 543, which looks like Lyons mint..any comments would be great...

Well...those 4 are still nice! A good example of how well Nero's portrait withstands the test of time. Seeing how Nero considered himself an artist, do you think he was directly involved in how his portrait appeared on Rome's coinage?
