This is the more drastic example, with a large flake below the bust and another struck firmly over IGWT.

I've seen this before, but I am not sure what it's called. From what I remember, it's some type of PMD.

Do you not think this & the 64-D are similar in nature to the observed metal flakes on the uncirculated 68-S then?
