Thanks, stud722 - $200 for all three ... hope I didn't overpay too much. The 20th Ann. edition was a little higher than the normal ones.

Nice Maples! I love Maples almost as much as I do ASE's. :) Those privy marks are really cool. Might need to get this topic reclassified tho.

OK, I follow the logic - Modern US Coin forum - stand corrected here. Only wanting to share the love ;-) I did happen to meet a Titanic survivor years ago back east, before the last of them passed away.

Some nice acquisitions there, zookr! I always like the RCM stuff with the gold select. Congrats!

Did the RCM issue the gold plate maple? I have read other threads discussing a company in Germany that does gold plating on Canadian mint issue coins. The reason I ask is I have never seen that one before. Nice pick ups

That one is a special edition 2008 silver maple leaf 20th anniversary edition. 10,000 mintage a must have for maple collectors.

The German company is best known for the gold plated Wildlife series of SMLs. Mintage of 5,000 each I believe. They are also doing them colourized now. Makes for a great page in my binder. Especially love the colourized 2011 wolf.

I could color one with a magic marker and only mintage of 1. If anyone wants one, $60. 😈

I think the Maple might be the world's best bullion coin, if we disallow the milk spot issue to influence the evaluation.
