If you find a small "D" under the eagles right talon it is a Denver mint coin. If no mint mark is present it is a Philadelphia mint coin |

Found it! It does have a D under the talon.

EDIT: Bit confused... so are all the 1964 Kennedy coins 90% silver?

Yes,1964 was the last year for 90% silver coins.

Yes all 64 Kennedy's are 90% silver ....65-70 are 40%.

Also beginning 1992 to date, quarters and dimes minted 90% silver too.

Regardless, to my eye the condition appears such that you could probably only sell it for the silver value, which is currently around $11. Definitely one I'd put on my silver stack.
