Ha yeah that's the truth. I can't find a wammy to save my soul. Philly's hardly ever get out this way. Oh a heads up, Spingfield/Eugene is having a coin show next month.

I agree with Vermontensium. It is not a capped die. It is struck through a capped die. They are two different errors. Nice find.

Much better picture than the one posted on the NGC forum. Over there I said I was leaning toward a grease strikethrough, With these better pictures I agree struck through a late stage die cap.
