Ah a struck through type error. I will have to do some reading on this one. My guess is not worth any premium to collectors right?

The pictures aren't the best and it's hard to determine, even with the edited images. IMO, though, I would agree with its being struck through. A minor struck through coin like this won't bring a premium from error collectors, and will be seen as a defect from those looking for high grades.

If they are raised as the OP said, it could be Die chips or Die Gouges on the reverse not strike through.

Being that the areas in question are so small, and this is an sms coin, I'm thinking that it only appears to be raised. The shape and smoothness of it are consistent with a struck through error.

Oh it is raised for sure, no doubt. SO this would not be a good thing for the coins value? That is a bummer.

Did some digging...

Looks to be a die crack, or at least it seems closest to what I think I have..doesn't look like a strike through..imho.

Glue,minor struck through,small die crack (chip,gouge,whatever) bottom line-no added value.
