Thanks, Jack. Yes, they are a hoard coin. 3 ICCS plus 9 PCGS = 12, or more, in 66.

I would guess there are more ungraded Newfies as well Bosox. I still drool when I recount seeing the " Baldwin's Basement Hoard " of Newfoundland Large Cents mostly 1909 and 1913 but there were a small group of 1872 H as well.

If you keep this thread going Pacificoin then soon you will have the 1912-1914 BOC Gold Coin thread beat for most pages in the Canadian section of this forum.

Certainly don't mind helping anyone with this! Sharpens my skills as well! 1964 fifty cents in 66 3 pieces none higher. As an aside, I know that one of these is in heavy cameo. The best PL s of this date ARE 2 UHC PL 67 coins.

SPP those must've been hard to find!
By the way, I was at the Calgary Coin Show yesterday and there was a dealer who was selling nothing but canadian errors, mostly high end. He had some very nice nickel dollar errors and I immediately though of you , He also had quite a few large cent errors, including brockage's that would be probably run into the high thousands.

Yes - Greg and I have shared many emails, but I have as of yet to meet him, or see his errors... My impression of him is that he is a collector more than a dealer, and with pockets much deeper than mine - I have lost a number of good coins to Greg in auction bidding wars...

Roger that is why I don't have any low ball nickel dollars ....................you have most of them. I am anxiously awaiting my ICCS reports . Scott said within two weeks (April 1st or so ).
I have had lots of access to silver dollars over the years and low ball coins are very , very elusive, undamaged. When I finally complete the set I think I will trade it for a Gem 1948 dollar in MS66 ....., HECK A LOW BALL SET SHOULD BRING at least 44 GRAND !!
